RECREATION PROGRAMS
The Wahoo Senior Center provides a number of opportunities for recreational involvement. Craft classes have included water color and oil painting, and card making. Bingo is played on Tuesday afternoons. Crossword puzzles, newspapers, and magazine reading are everyday activities. Anyone is welcome to join the card games. On Monday afternoon, the seniors play 10-point pitch. On Wednesday morning, Tarock is played which is a Czech card game and in the afternoon Liverpool Rummy. On Thursday afternoon, seniors gather for Pinochle. Card tournaments usually occur on Friday afternoons. Bridge groups meet throughout the month.
